Who support our initiative
The SDGs Multi-Stakeholder Network is a broader civil society-led network of SDGs stakeholders. It aims at understanding and discussing how the individual, as well as the private actor, can give a contribution to accomplish the objectives set in the SDGs and in the European Green New Deal. This will be done by raising awareness among European policymakers on the barriers that citizens and private actors face in making sustainable choices. The network also commits to spreading good practices of sustainable and responsible production & consumption among European Countries.
The SDGs Multi-Stakeholders Network aims also at collecting and sharing best practices, as well as comparing experiences from different EU Member States. These practices will be shared with the Members of the Inter-institutional Group to discuss with them how to promote consumers’ rights and fostering sustainable production & consumption. The final objective is to share with the public clear and accessible information, making sustainability an easy and conscious choice for the EU citizens.
